Cinco de Mayo
We celebrated Cinco de Mayo today by learning a new poem called Mister Jalapeno Man, making "pepper people" & eating salsa, cheese dip & chips for snack! Yummy!

The Hundred Dresses
Mrs Way has been reading the book The Hundred Dresses by Eleanor Estes. It is about bullying & being a kind friend to those who may not "fit in" or may be bullied. Wonderful story!!! Ask your child to tell you about Wanda, Maddie & Peggy.

Science Experiment
Today we did an experiment/demo about the parts of our blood!!! Ask your kiddos what the yellow water, cheerios, mini marshmellows & little balls are....they know all about plasma, red & white blood cells & platelets....and...they can tell you what each part does. Smart kiddos!!!!
