What do Scientists do?

We learned about the scientific method and did an experiment. We all made a prediction (hypothesis) on what we thought would happen if we soaked an egg in vinegar....then we watched it for 1 day. Guess what! the shell dissolved and we got to bounce it on the table! BTW, no one guessed right:(
