Australian Animals @ International Studies
Our class was invited to walk over to International Studies to watch the Australian Animal presentation. This is a 1st grade teacher (actually my son's teacher:) who was asked to show the tarantula!
She is a brave person!!A kind of toad...can't remember the name of it:( But it was a hit especially when it had a "bathroom accident" on the floor and the man who was presenting the animals!
A scorpion!
A python!
Another teacher who got to wear the python!
And our favorite...the kangaroo!
Can't remember this ones name:(
This was when the kangaroo got close to Ella and Hope.

Taylor's Greenhouse
We went to Taylor's Greenhouse in Hoxie, Arkansas. Mrs. Taylor showed us many different kinds of pumpkins and the seeds.
There were fun games to play and houses to go in...Horses to ride...
And we got to go into the field and pick our own pumpkins!
Then, we visited the shop to buy pumpkins that were painted.
After the tour, we went to the Walnut Ridge Park and had a picnic lunch.
The annual group picture on the bridge!
The best part of the day: the playground!
We were tired kiddos when we got home!!!
