I Like Money

This week we have been learnin about money! Each day we focused on a coin, penny, nickel, dime & quarter. Each day i gave each kid the coin of the day. I told them to make sure they kept up with them because they could go shopping in my store in Thursday if they had any money. I couldn't believe that everyone kept up with their coins!!! We had tootaie rolls, erasers, pencils & popsicles for sale!

 Hope they remember all about money after this! We also learned a new song: the chorus is.....I like money to buy things at the store, money, money, money I always want more!  We learned who was on the front, back & how much each is worth.
